Retail park

The long-term anchor tenant of the Ettlingen retail park is the company real,– SB Warenhaus GmbH. The property, built in 1993, was redeveloped in 2004–5 and partly had its use changed. There are around 400 parking spaces available to visitors at ground level.

The retail park has since offered an extensive range of products for everyday use; this covers the specialist areas of beauty & more, electronics & media, a fish market, a drinks shop, household items, DIY & car accessories, international specialities, its own bakery, a master butcher’s, a greengrocer’s, sports, textiles, pets, and wine & spirits.

The property was acquired as a private placement for an HTB fund. As a shareholder, Wegner Immobilien renders services in portfolio management.

The portfolio property has the option of further rental space on the top floor.
