The joint development project between Wegner Immobilien and Harpen AG concerns a modern office building with its own underground parking in a prime location in Dortmund city. The bustling Ostenhellweg pedestrian zone is just a few metres away from the property.
The building, which was first used by C&A and then Karstadt Sport, was completely gutted in the course of redevelopment. On the ground and first floors, there are contemporary shopping areas; on the top floors, modern offices and doctors’ surgeries. The entrance situation was completely redesigned.
In 2009, the clothing chain TK Maxx redeveloped it to suit their needs as tenant.
