April 26, 2017 Topping out in Dresden
The topping out ceremony to mark the completion of the second construction phase of the “Elbhöhe Dresden” residential area took place on 26th April 2017 in the Plauen district of Dresden. 143 apartments, built in three consecutive construction phases, will follow and be ready between the start of 2018 and the middle of 2019. Construction is well underway, and the shell construction of the three cube houses has been completed. Wegner Immobilien is one of three investors, and is responsible for the following: construction management, controlling, accounting, and sales and conceptual management. Frank Wegner Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH is an associate partner. Two additional external partners from Hamburg and Kiel are also involved in the project, carrying construction engineering and financial responsibility.
