Elbhöhe Dresden
The project in Dörbraer Straße in Dresden (Plauen / Kleinpestizt district) was obtained by three real estate project corporations.
The project includes five cube houses and one housing block with an underground car park and outside car park spaces. Construction work has started and completion of the three building phases is underway and completion is planned for the middle of 2019.
Sales proposals directed at owner-occupier and investors have started.
